Summary: Ensure project excellence by managing construction operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving project completion with minimal oversight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the onsite team and subcontractors, providing daily updates to the project manager.
• Coordinate job site logistics, oversee daily work activities, manage day-to-day customer interactions, and track progress of all subcontractors.
• Order materials for projects, manage on-site materials, reconcile material shipments, and coordinate the delivery of equipment and material with subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial/industrial (not residential) settings.
• Extensive experience with HVAC retrofits.
• Proficiency in reading plans, specifications; understanding of project schedules, budgets, and safety procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to execute selected projects independently, including managing financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Capacity to maintain high quality standards across all operational tasks and projects.
